Pike County's year round activities include an annual arts and crafts show, day camps, drug awareness programs, ladies exercise, swim lessons, various arts and crafts programs, and a senior citizens program. Athletic programs include baseball, softball, football, soccer, basketball and swim team for all age groups.

The Troy Country Club's Facilities include an Eighteen Hole golf course, a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, a full-service restaurant, and invitational golf tournaments. A two member recommendation is required for membership.
